• Your access is contingent upon your role within the game's law enforcement departments
• This system is for in-game roleplay purposes only and does not handle real criminal records
• Your access may be revoked at any time without prior notice

2. Acceptable Use Policy

When using TACRIS, you agree to:

• Use the system solely for in-game roleplay purposes within Lexmont County on Roblox

• Metagaming: Using information from this system outside of proper roleplay context

4. Roleplay Accuracy and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit through TACRIS within the context of roleplay. All arrest reports, citations, and case documentation will be recorded for game administrative purposes. Deliberately false or misleading information that disrupts gameplay may result in disciplinary action within the game.

5. Monitoring and Auditing

By using this system, you acknowledge that:

• All system activities are logged and monitored for security and game administration purposes
• Your submissions may be reviewed for adherence to game rules and roleplay quality
• Game administrators may access your account activity at any time
• Activity logs are retained for game moderation purposes

6. Consequences of Violations

Violation of these Terms of Service may result in:

• Immediate termination of system access
• Removal from your in-game law enforcement position
• Ban from Lexmont County Roblox game and associated community servers
• Disciplinary action in accordance with game policies
• Potential reporting to Roblox moderation for Terms of Service violations

7. System Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous system availability, TACRIS may experience scheduled maintenance, updates, or unplanned downtime. Lexmont County game administration is not liable for any disruptions to service or data loss resulting from system outages.

8. Modifications to Terms

Lexmont County game administration reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of TACRIS after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through official game community channels.

This system uses Discord for authentication purposes. By using this system, you agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Lexmont County is not responsible for Discord's service availability or policies.
